My name is Aloma, I was born January 21st, 1956,I am 49, retired/disabled
due to many illness's ,
I live in a small town in Tennessee, USA , with my husband
Mike, who is a United states Postal worker.
Mike & I, both have been married before, this is the 3rd marriage for us both.
He & I together have no children, But together we have raised Our children.
My (Aloma) children are all grown now, & have children of their own.
My Oldest daughter (1st marriage); Raquel 32, married for the second time has 5 kids, My grand-kids;

At the age of 47, My illness's became so unbearable, I was forced to have to take
an early retirement, Noway could I work until 65 yrs old.
After 30+ years of working, I am currently retired & also classed as Disabled,
I am recieving My Social Security, that I paid in for all my working years (SSD).

I was all my life Very active, workalcoholic, upbeat, Type-A personality, outgoing,
organized, perfectionest, etc....
When Fibromyalgia hit, It knocked me to my knees, along with all of other illness's,
My life as I had known it for 47yrs, No Longer would/could Be!
This is why I have named this page..

changes your whole Life & Health.
It took away my Energy, and gave me extreme Fatigue;
Took away my Organization, gave me cauious;
Took away my up-beat personality, gave me Depression;
Took away my active lifestyle, gave me panic/anxiety;
Took away my strength, gave me Pain;
Took away my thoughts, gave me dyislixa & *Brain_Fog* (Short Term Memory Loss)
Took away my life, Gave me Grief, sadness, pain, & a new different life.

In August 2002, I (Aloma) was diagnoised with
"Fibromyalgia" (FMS). Until January 16, 2003, I worked a full time job.
After my FMS progressed I was forced to retire early.
I had to quit my job.
Sadly, I know this is only the beginning for me.
Some have lived with this Condition/Disease years upon years, Never getting relief
or Understanding, Only from fellow sufferers.
Please, if you hear, meet or live with this condition/disease,
Lend a Hand or heart, But Gently Though,
FM'ers are more sensitive than 'Normal People'.
Please...Please Give us a Little kindness, and understanding.
We need your help and support, not stares, snickers or gossiping.
"We Look Normal " but Silently we Suffer, and Suffer Greatly!
